With the need for producing better-finished work, necessary for the large screen and higher definition
images, came also a slight relief from the panic turn-around work. Deadlines were still there, and every bit
as important, but they were now further away.
Having more time and bigger budgets allowed that part of the business to develop, until the
total collapse of the British Film industry at the end of the 60's, Freeborn's were able to move
into the area of Museum and permanent exhibition work.
