Life at that time became one sustained panic job before the next, with a weekly shooting schedule involving a brief taken on Monday morning leaving a week to make the required item, delivery on Saturday for a day of Studio set-up culminating in a live action 'shoot'. At the time Pat and Derek (or Bud as he was known) could be seen working from the early hours by themselves in the Shed, until 5.00 or 6.00 at night when friends would join them, who had respectable jobs that finished at respectable hours. This then signalled the start of a long night of activity thus cramming at least two days work into most days.
